EZRA Loop: A connected coaching experience that pairs a dedicated ICF-accredited human coach with Cai, an always-on AI development partner, for continuous development. The human coach handles the high-stakes moments that call for in-depth human judgement. Cai handles the everyday moments in between. EZRA pricing is custom to your organization. The cost depends on three things: the program you choose (EZRA Edge, EZRAx, Focus, or EZRA Loop), how many people you're coaching, and how long it runs. Pricing is quoted per employee, and the per-employee cost goes down as you scale up.
